Does a machine in Devices without a remote session count as “machines / month”?

No. Only distinct machines with at least one successful control session in the billing cycle.

What if we hit the file cap mid-transfer?

A running transfer is not cut mid-file; new transfers are blocked with an upgrade prompt.

Does Free include SleepWake?

Yes. Free can still wake a Sleep machine; it just has no file-transfer resume.

What does session recording capture?

Only live system audio from the remote machine (Pro+) under client & org policy — no server-side video capture.

Does Enterprise include an on-prem relay?

Contact us — it is on the roadmap, rolled out per tenant.
