Six capability layers under one control session
Not a single screen-stream window. niLink splits input, video, and bulk transfer onto end-to-end encrypted QUIC, then layers enterprise orchestration: embed SDK, credential vault, tenant entitlements, and an API for automated agents.
integration_instructionsQuickRemote Embed SDK
In the customer's accounting / ERP / CRM app, they tap QuickRemote: the agent downloads and activates, ID + password are ready, and the machine auto-enrolls into your Devices Enterprise.
The deep link carries tenant context; the agent issues itself and binds the ticket — no more reading IDs over the phone.

mousePixelSync Cursor™
niLink splits the pointer channel from the video frames, predicts position on the controller, and continuously reconciles against the host's authoritative coordinates.
The pointer draws locally — it feels almost on-machine. Input sits outside the bulk queue so a large copy never freezes the mouse.
In plan: allPro/Enterprise: HiRefresh path
passwordSmartGuard Pass
A random 16-character password, end-to-end encrypted — blocks leftover access when a session is forgotten or a machine is left unattended.
The secret never exists as plaintext on the server; rotate in one tap; Devices credentials decrypt only with the client-side key.

cloud_syncTitan Transfer + Resume
Move files up to 100TB (Enterprise), resume from the last chunk after a drop, checksum every piece.
The queue sits behind input and video so it never starves the mouse or keyboard. Directory manifests hide the host's absolute paths.

smart_toyAI Control API
API / SDK so an AI agent can drive a remote session under control: create a session, check presence, revoke, audit.
Short-lived authorization, least-privilege scopes, every command on the audit trail — the control plane stays media-free and never reads pixels.

bedtimeSleepWake + Devices Enterprise
Wake a sleeping machine before the session (within plan limits) — after-hours maintenance without asking the customer to power on.
Devices keep alias, labels, groups, and realtime presence; credentials decrypt on the client; connect in one tap from the card.
Screen, input, and files are end-to-end encrypted; the server never reads session content.
route
QUIC Direct + Relay fallback
Prefer P2P QUIC; when a firewall blocks it the relay only forwards ciphertext, and you still reach the machine.
verified_user
Unattended Trust Model
Local enrollment + device trust and policy — not “one password forever”. Revoke when a tech machine is lost.
speed
Adaptive / HiRefresh Stream
Quality follows the network; 60–144Hz when the device and path allow (Pro/Enterprise).
key
Address Book E2E credentials
Credentials in Devices decrypt only with the client-side key; groups, trees, and session history.
devices
Multi-platform Viewer
Host on Windows; Viewer for Windows, iOS, and Android. Web console manages sessions (no pixel stream).
Built for enterprise
MSPs and IT desks run thousands of machines on one Devices plane
Instead of reading an ID over the phone each session, your team works a tree by customer and branch: each machine card is one click, each session is an audit line bound to a ticket.
devicesLarge Devices — up to 20,000 machines, grouped by team, branch, customer.
hubCRM & QuickRemote SDK — a remote button in the business app, auto-enroll, soft-link tickets.
admin_panel_settingsRBAC & session audit — Admin / Tech / View-only roles, history with notes.
No inbound Internet port on the host — outbound presence only.

nilink Quick
Run once for a support session: SmartGuard ID and password appear immediately, nothing is written to the system.
Host only uses outbound connections. When P2P QUIC fails, the session goes through relay and the relay only forwards ciphertext.
What does SleepWake need?
An installed agent and network/WoL or service policy that allows waking the machine.
How is this different from classic remote?
Customers don't read IDs/passwords (QuickRemote), the mouse has its own predicted channel, large files resume, and an AI agent can drive via a scoped API.
One QuickRemote button. The whole team gets to work.
Use Free for one machine, or see an Enterprise demo with the QuickRemote SDK.
